CCYH Registration for the 2024-2025 Season
All Registrants: In order to have your child placed on a CCYH team for the 2023-2024 season, he or she must also be registered online with USA Hockey directly. For the 2024-2025 season, USAH registration will open 4/1/2023. This is an annual registration that is your child's liability insurance. The cost to register with USAH is about $45 (free to those 6 years old and younger). Please go to www.usahockey.com and click on "Become a Member."

MITE 2024-2025
Mite: Hockey players who were born between 1/1/2016 and 12/31/2017 will skate from September through March at Valley Sports, Concord MA. Note that some children born in 2018 may be eligible to play on the Mites. This is an individual decision that families may want to make for their experienced player born in 2018. Included in the Mite registration fee is the annual in-house CCYH Mite Beanpot competition in February 2024 at the Middlesex School. Evaluations are required in the spring for placement on a Mite team for the following season.
Please note: A player's uniform is owned by the player for use from one season to the next. Each player will retain the same jersey number from season to season. Game socks are included in tuition and distributed at the first day of practice.

Open to: Players born between 01/01/2016 and 12/31/2018
SQUIRT 2024-2025
Squirt: Hockey players who were born between 1/1/2014 and 12/31/2015 will skate from September through April at Valley Sports, Concord MA. Included in the registration fee is the annual in-house CCYH Squirt Beanpot competition in February 2023 at the Middlesex School. Evaluations are required in the spring for placement on a Squirt team for the following season.

PEEWEE 2024-2025
Peewee: Hockey players who were born between 1/1/2012 and 12/31/2013 will skate from September through April at Valley Sports, Concord MA. Evaluations are required in the spring for placement on a PeeWee team for the following season.

BANTAM 2024-2025
Bantam: Hockey players who were born between 1/1/2010 and 12/31/2011 will skate from September through April at Valley Sports, Concord MA. Evaluations are required in the spring for placement on a Bantam team for the following season.
